Chester County Spice Chest (In Progress)

This is my second version of a Chester County (Pennsylvania) spice chest,  Based on an 18th century design and a variation of plans developed by Steve Latta through Fine Woodworking.

The cabinet is primarily walnut with poplar as a secondary wood.  Fully hand-made including all molding and the feet,  The cabinet has 11 drawers and 2 secret compartments.  

My favorite part of this cabinet is the beautiful book match on the front door panels.  As you can see, there is a void on the left panel which I may fill with epoxy (to be determined later).

The project is in progress as I have not yet tackled the drawers.
